Refund Policies
Refunds are available for ticket purchases prior to the feature show time. Refunds can only be issued at the original theatre location in which the tickets were purchased. Click HERE for the customer service phone numbers.
Online and mobile booking fees are non-refundable.
General Policies
Guests are politely asked to respect fellow movie-goers by refraining from disruptive behavior during the Feature Presentation, including but not limited to:
- Talking
- Using mobile or any such devices with a screen or light
- Running or Jumping across isles or down staircases
- Guests are required to sit in their assigned seat if applicable, and must provide proof of purchase upon request
- Guests may not record, by any means, content or a portion thereof which is protected by Copyright law; including all content displayed on-screen at all times
- Guests may not bring into the theatre any outside food or beverages other than water
- Guests over the age of 12 are not permitted to wear Masks. Costumes may be worn by guests of all ages but must be family friendly and film-related.
- For the safety of all guests, weapons both real and fake are not permitted on premises
Age Policies
- Children under 2 are free if held by a guardian. If the child requires a separate seat, a ticket must be purchased
- Children 6 & under are not permitted into ‘R’ rated features at any time
- Children 6 & under are not permitted into ‘PG-13’ rated features after 6:00PM (Exceptions may be provided for Family films that are rated PG-13)
- Minors under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at least 21 years of age for ‘R’ rated features
MJR Private Screening Policies
- All Private auditorium rentals require a complete buyout and/or a minimum of 50 tickets.
- A booking fee of $1 is charged for every seat in the auditorium.
- Film starts promptly at showtime and may not be restarted or paused.
- Changes to booking or cancelation may be made up to 24 hours prior to showtime.
